Direct Marketing Executive - Learning Management & Training Delivery Solutions (1-5 yrs)
Client : NIIT Limited
- The DME (Direct Marketing Executive) would work as feet on street in North India for the promotion of programs which comes with assured placement in leading Financial institutions
- The DME will need to report at the Head Office in Delhi on every Monday
- The DME would be involved in out reach travel, local visits, outdoor promotional activities like participating in events, employment exchange, local development institutes going to market for data collection, visiting NGOs, local panchayat, rural villages
- The primary objective of the DME would be to generate required amount of walk-in of job seeking eligible candidates on the out reach activity, counsel them, complete the documentation, collect payments and make them reach the training venue
- Job involves extensive travelling every week of the month to tier 2 and 3 towns for sourcing and mobilization
- To conduct various BTL (Below the line) activities at the drive to generate database of job seeking candidates
- To provide the regular update and feedback, daily reporting and DSR (Daily Sales Report)
- To adhere to the process and discipline of IFBI (Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance) and partner organisation
- Ensure monthly targets are met
Selection Criteria :
- Min 1 year of experience in Field sales
- Some experience of working in target based environment
- Aggressive in achieving sales targets
- Any Graduate (Not B. Tech / B.E.)
- Good Presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Only male candidates preferred.
