Direct Sales Executive for an International NGO

About Us:

We provide fundraising and public engagement services to civil society organisations working in the development sector in India. We are currently raising funds for Greenpeace India.

We do this through engaging ordinary citizens in face to face conversation on issues that affect them, and harnessing their financial support for effecting change. Around 200+ fundraisers do this for us spread across 5 different cities.

The Role:

The role of a Fundraiser-Promotions Executive is to raise awareness about our Client's Campaigns to people on the street, at public places, offices and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters.

Responsibilities :

- Develop an understanding of environmental campaigns.

- Make presentations and calls and explain environmental campaigns to members of the public in a clear and interesting way.

Skills required :

- Ability to talk, listen and build rapport with a wide range of people

- Keen desire to learn on the job and Campaigns

- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote our Client

Requirement: 10 candidates

Min : 6 month - 1 year of experience into Sales or Direct Marketing

Salary : 2.3L to 2.6L pa (plus incentives)

Location : Bangalore

Working hours : 11 am to 7pm (Monday to Friday only)

Benefits : Flexible working hours / Weekend off /PF & ESI
