Direct Channel Role - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles :
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and actually
- Forward upselling and cross-selling options to the sales team
- Develop new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no of customers, volumes, and revenue for the segment
