Direct Channel Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Direct Channel Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement strategies to increase direct sales for insurance products.
- Actively engage and communicate with potential consumers via different channels, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate leads and create a database of potential clients through different marketing campaigns.
- Conduct frequent market research to keep up with industry developments and competitor actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales initiatives.
- Coach and coach team members to increase their sales and product expertise.
Ensure that the team meets or exceeds all sales objectives.
Who Should Apply :
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.
3. Up to 3.50 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit
4. Strong communication & sales skills are essential.
5. A bike and a valid license are required.
