We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Direct Channel Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide support to agents.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
