Dinedesk Hospitality Solutions - Business Development Executive/Manager (0-4 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic business development executive who has the passion for sales, hunger to achieve targets with exceptional relationship building quality and eager to work in a startup environment. The key focus will be on end to end sales process from lead generation-management to signing up with restaurants and payments follow up. You will also work in closely with sales team for front ending the meeting with customers, product demo's and presentation. Your main objectives are to prospect for new leads, pre-qualify those leads on the set criteria and build out as well as maintain a pipeline within your assigned territories and closure.
- Demographic Research, Generating Suspect Database and Prospecting on the basis of set criteria.
- Connect with outbound prospects using phone and email & respond to all inbound leads
- Smile and dial to prospective customers - approx. 50 calls and emails per day introducing Reserve Dine's product DineDesk to the target audience and arranging first level meetings.
- Understanding the client's existing technology usage, business model, current practices and mapping of key pain areas.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal email process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Document all activities in the CRM and manage the information in the database on all lead prospects and opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team and partners to accelerate sales cycle, assisting them in customer sign up and payment follow ups.
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads
- Help in market research activities for industry analysis.
- Ad hoc reporting on pipeline opportunities
- Building relationships with industry associations and the company at various future ATL/BTL activities.
- Ability to travel within the city.
