Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute POSMs; Co-ordinate category / brand market research projects to improve consumer understanding and identify consumer insights
- Extensive team relationship management & collaboration with internal stakeholders and understanding their monthly requirements (CRM, Sales, Aggregator)
- Regular Coordination with MR agency, assessment of store to store clusters & profiling of customers in store catchment. Conduct market recee during NSO
- Support the execution strategy to ensure adherence to deadlines, media plan changes, creative specs, etc.
- Liaison with marketing manager to conceptualize LSM plan as per the need
- Interacting with vendors, short listing and evaluating them to best fit our activity; cost negotiation
- Day-to day coordination with agencies & vendors for execution updates. Act as first point of contact for all vendors
- Assist in collecting all the data related to campaigns executed - following up with agency partners to get timely reports .Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities
- Tracking budget vs actual, ensuring that the vendor invoices have been received timely
- Overseeing and checking all marketing copy
- Responsible for maintaining brand's creative repository
- Coordinating meetings, exploring collaboration options, shoots etc,
