We are looking for a BID Analyst with the following requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor various websites for RFQs and RFPs.
- Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure.
- Understand the proposal objectives and determine the scope of work.
- Coordinate with Sales, Management, and technical staff to lead all activities involved in the preparation of responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP), including proposals, qualifications packages, and Government Standard Forms.
- Write non-technical sections such as cover letters and executive summaries.
- Customize pre-written content to best represent organizations capabilities.
- Work with technical staff to tailor and/or write and maintain resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral needed in proposals.
- Produce professional and visually appealing presentations and graphics.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of prior experience in proposal writing and supporting proposal responses to RFOs/RFQs/RFPs (RFx) opportunities.
- Strong command of English language, proofreading and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed or required by proposal deadlines.
- Good command in MS office
- Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and commitment to produce high-quality work.
