Business Development Associate @Dilytics

We- re looking for highly ecstatic and passionate business development associates to drive our sales and grow the business. You are expected to bring your research skills to market out our services and solutions and attract clients with strong relationships bonding with the clients. As a BD associates, you will be working together with various cross-functional teams and report to the Business Development and Strategy manager.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management stakeholders to discuss strategy.

- Designing and developing creative content and campaign to attract clients.

- Conducting Market Research and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Cultivating strong relationships with the clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Closely working with the cross-functional teams and developing growth strategies.

- Analysing sales and customer data to develop and report business plans and sales strategies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines and, achieve target.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staffs and clients.

Qualifications : 

- Bachelor's Degree in business or management.

- 0-2 Years of experience in business development or related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
