Overview :
Dil Foods is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and onboard new restaurant partners for Dil Foods in the designated area. The Area Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our network and establishing strong partnerships with restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential restaurant partners in the assigned area through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the market, competition, and industry trends2
Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management :
- Engage with prospective restaurant partners, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Dil Foods.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
Market Expansion and Growth :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new partners.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and partnership status using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the food industry or related sectors.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
