Executive - Client Relations & Operations (Inside Sales Specialist)
The Executive - Inside sales will act as a bridge between the Client and Academic Writers. The candidate will be responsible to gain an understanding of the client's requirements to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve the target. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing conversions and revenue by managing and negotiating with the clients within the specified deadlines.
Responsibilities :
1. Learn details about our products and services
2. Responding to queries from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
3. Understand all the prospects' needs, problems or wants.
4. Should be able to handle the entire sales cycle.
5. Explain how our solutions align with their need.
6. Up-sell when appropriate.
7. Track and monitor your work.
8. Prepare and present reports when needed.
9. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
10. Chasing pending sales and Negotiations.
11. Create MOM and MIS/ Report Analysis.
12. Enter new customer information into the system.
13. Update existing customer information.
14. Process orders, forms, and applications.
