Digiversal - Executive - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
The Executive - Inside sales will act as a Bridge between the Client and Academic Writers.
The candidate will be responsible to gain an understanding of the client's requirements to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve target. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing conversions and revenue by managing and negotiating with the clients within the specific deadlines.
Key responsibilities :
- Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on Website, Facebook Messages, WhatsApp chats).
- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
- Successfully taking the ownership of the Lead from allocation to conversion.
- Contributing efficiently for different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment.
- Consistently performing well in understanding client's requirement, assigning projects, handling critical cases till its successful resolution.
- Proactively resolving project requirements through collaboration of the clients and writers.
- Appropriate understanding of the Cost and Time Requirements of various Technical/Non-Technical Projects.
- To work for client satisfaction from the beginning to the delivery of the final orders through Panel.
- Understanding of online tutoring and academic content writing will be an added advantage
