Digitization Manager - Sales & Marketing - IT (10-15 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digitalization Manager to drive digital initiatives in the Sales and Marketing department at AMNS India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key digital platforms such as e-commerce, Distribution management system and offer tool, as well as leading efforts in data analytics and advising on emerging technologies such as Big Data, Metaverse, AR, and VR. This role will also involve hands-on experience with SAP ERP, preferably S4 HANA, specifically in the SD module within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for the steel industry.
- Development of e-Sales & distribution management strategy
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition to develop e-sales strategy to gain competitive edge.
- Launch Sales and Marketing Initiatives like Dealer Management System, offer tool and other key initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the E-commerce engine and Salesforce CRM to enhance sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensures that system functionalities are developed on a regular basis to guarantee good ergonomic of the application and easy to do business with for stakeholders (sales network and customers)
- Develop and manage Digital Roadmap for Sales and Marketing. Deliver the Digital Action Plan
- Interact with target customers to understand their digital requirements and strategize on differentiating AMNS India's offerings through digital means.
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights and inform decision-making processes within the sales and marketing functions.
- Stay updated of emerging technologies such as Big Data, Metaverse, AR, and VR, and advise on their potential applications in AMNS India's digital strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for improvement in existing tools and processes, and drive adoption through digital solutions.
- Work closely with IT team to develop and deliver Digital Projects for Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrate strong analytics skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a digital focus and drive digitalization efforts across the Sales and Marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing digital initiatives within a Sales and Marketing environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP (preferably S4 HANA, SD module).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies for deriving actionable insights.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Big Data, Metaverse, AR, and VR, and their applications in business.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to develop and execute digital roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
