Business Development Responsibilities -
- A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Job Description for BDE BIDDER:
- Searching interested parties for companies product / services using internet and networking. Thus increasing companies data resource.
- Taking the product / services to clients through email, cold calling, Lead generation.
- Consulting interested parties for their technology queries and needs.
- Organizing weekly, monthly meeting with Marketing and Sales Managers to strategize Business Development Activities.
- Creating channel for sales throughbasic platforms such as Linkedin, Odesk,Elance, Guru.
- Presenting the Monthly, Quarterly reports for review, acting on areas of improvement.
- Maintaining client relations for continuous supply of products & services. Desired Skills
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Odesk, Elance, Guru, Freelancer etc.
- Should have experience in handling overseas clients.
- Responsible for getting business through different on line website for IT Services.
Should have in - depth knowledge of understanding of web solutions via: Open Source.
- Complete understanding of the sales cycle of the business from bidding.
- Generating potential leads and gathering their project requirements.
- Knowledge of preparing attractive business proposals and submitting for Clients Review.
