DigiTech - Customer Support Role (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Additionally, you will actively promote our products and services to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating our products/services and troubleshoot any problems they encounter.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
