Job Description :
We are seeking Customer Support Executives for our banking sector operations. The role involves handling inbound calls and providing effective resolutions to customer queries and issues.
Key Requirements :
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls.
- Ability to provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers.
- Fluency in multiple languages : English, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Availability for rotational shifts and 6 working days per week.
