We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales (Business Development Executive )- IT Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new market opportunities
2. Get involved in complete sales cycle- from lead generation to closing.
3. Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, B2B, emailing, Social media and networking)
4. Understand Beyond Key offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects
5. Maintain good relationship with clients and address their need effectively
6. Working with internal teams and clients to get the product in-line
7. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
8. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
9. Meet and exceed Revenue targets
10. Exceptionally strong presentation skills in Video/Zoom calls to clients.
11. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying to accomplish new customers.
12. Proven successful sales record in the IT Sales in Indian Industry.
13. Penetrate new accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
14. Consistent record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
15. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
16. Should be able to work independently work - end-to-end in sales/revenue targets.
17. Strong presentation and closing skills. Power-user of MS Office tools.
18. Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Required Candidate profile:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing
2. Experience with IT Sales and Marketing
3. Experience in Sales Executive, Online lead generation, International sales, BDE, End to End sales, New client acquisition.
4. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
5.Communicating with customers, understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
6. Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills and Interpersonal Communication skills
7. Ability to Meet Goals, good in negotiation, critical thinking
8. Ability to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition, Technical Skill
9. Attention to detail
10. Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales
11. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
12. Fluent in English and proficient in Hindi will be an advantage
13.Position is fully remote, all you need is a laptop and a fast wi-fi connection
14.Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
15.Strong assertive attitude with dedication to follow up and hit targets.
16.Tactful and smart to handle client's objections and present solutions and options to close sales
17.Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients
18.Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that sales deadlines are met
