Digital Strategic Planner - Advertising Firm (4-8 yrs)
Responsible for achieving positive ROI from Digital Marketing by applying understanding of consumer, marketplace and the cultural and behavioural shifts that come with new media and technological advances.
Conventional thinking around marketing & communication and contribute towards developing a holistic strategy & ideas that help achieve optimal return on digital marketing spends.
How to achieve this :
- Build strategies and concepts which aim at resolving my clients- business challenges/ leveraging opportunities using social media, immersive brand experiences, influencer marketing, performance campaigns and innovative applications of technology
- Contribute to the strategic/brand and product vision internally and externally; With the Account and creative team, develop clear and inspiring creative briefs
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams (consumer researchers and data analysts, consumer journey experts, brand and experience designers, technology experts) to develop holistic marketing programs/ campaigns that employ a wide variety of customer touch points/ media platforms /creative formats.
- Study and connect the dots between cultural, social & emerging digital trends to develop consumer insights for strategic platform and media-usage.
- Integrate (and communicate with client) knowledge/learning with respect to media, creative, website data and messaging effectiveness from one campaign to the next and work with Account Management team members and Data Analysts to develop proactive initiatives that help create new revenue opportunities
- Have a natural inclination towards creating storified, professional and compelling presentations for the projects and contribute to pitches or new initiatives by collating various data points, findings, design outputs from various teams
Qualification :
- Masters or Post graduation in Marketing/Communication. Additional specialisation or certification in the field of Digital marketing/Consumer Insights
- Student of human behaviour & management. Avid reader and dreamer of building brands that meaningful communication, innovative data-driven ideas, and technology intervention.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in specific disciplines, including but not limited to brand strategy & consulting, digital solutions, digital marketing strategy, etc.
- Prior work experience in digital marketing or consulting firms, working on brand's digital strategy, overall marketing plan, creative briefs and managing the client's KPIs
