Digital Sales Role (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively sell online advertising space on Company Website.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media clients and agencies (B2B advertising).

- Cultivate and manage a retail and corporate client base in designated locations.

- Aggressively pursue and achieve sales targets.

- Identify, research, and target potential business prospects to increase market share.

- Work closely with media clients and agencies to understand their advertising needs and propose effective solutions.

- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

- Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and agencies to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Stay informed about industry trends and the performance of Company Website.

Key Requirements :

- Media Experience is a must.

- Understanding of the digital advertising market and in the Company Website.

- Proven ability to sell online ad space.

- Strong relationships with Media Clients and Agencies (B2B).

- Established retail and corporate client base in designated locations.

- Demonstrated ability to aggressively chase and meet sales targets.

- Ability to identify, research, and target potential business prospects.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage the sales pipeline independently.

- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of developing existing accounts.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate with proven experience in sales.

- Digital Ad Sales experience (Online Media Sales) is essential.

- Capable of conducting a minimum of 4 client meetings per day.

- Familiarity with digital advertising terminology, such as CPL, CPM, CPI, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
