Digital Relationship Manager - Equipment Finance (5-20 yrs)
- Knowledge of Asset backed digital lending, good market intelligence, good analytical and communication skill, collaborative & co-ordinations Skills.
- Managing PAN India digital sales team to drive the targeted business numbers.
- Coordinating with Internal program team to get the regular flow of good, workable leads from OEMs for all the locations.
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
- Maximize sales through OEM network and by effectively managing relationships, meeting them on regular basis to ensure strong business
- Facilitate the development and improvement of existing digital business platform so as to improve the approval and disbursal process.
- Identify and develop new relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
- Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service.
- Explore opportunities of cross selling other products
