Digital Officer - Sales - BFSI (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Client Support Manager in developing efficient systems to support the work of the Client Support Team.
- Revenue generations through Cross Selling products & Interest Collection.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximise the value of those relationships.
- Customer Relationship and Follow-up.
- Maintenance of important registers and daily reports.
- Cash Management and accounting.
- CASA management (Current Account /Savings account )
- Graduation qualification is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or English and 2
- Other regional languages.
- Any domain or sales profiles would do.
- Fresher's can be considered if they are interested to work in outbound sales process.
- Any banking process/customer service profiles would do
- BPO background people working in Banking process would do
- International BPO Voice process
- Financial services BPO.
