Digital Mojo - Manager - Social Media (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing professional to join our social media team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-versed in social media platforms and strategies, and have a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and goals
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve social media performance and enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on client servicing
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, -and YouTube
- Knowledge of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
