Digital Media Specialist (5-10 yrs)
- Candidate should have minimum 5 years of exp into Digital Marketing
- Responsible for managing paid marketing campaigns across different performance marketing channels like SEM, FB & Display Campaigns for driving business/sales at target cost of acquisition
- Coordinate with marketing agency and advertising partners for driving business outcomes
- Engage stakeholders across Brand, Creative Team, Loyalty, and Digital Product Team.
- Analyze performance data and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more.
- Relentlessly test new segments, strategies and messaging as well as working with the D&T team to coordinate tests for on-site optimizations.
- Provide regular channel performance reports and ad hoc reports.
- Report key learnings and major takeaways to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Use data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions.
- Senior level, hands on experience executing and optimizing direct response campaigns through keyword footprint, bidding, experience testing, and targeting.
- Experience with running A/B split tests, calculating significance, tracking results, summarizing findings, and iterating into new ideas.
