The Job
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- The role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Optimise website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to optimise strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, comments, and conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (up to 3 years) in digital marketing roles with a successful track record of driving results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are desirable.
Ideal Candidate :
