Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:-

You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing our marketing campaigns across all channels. You will lead our marketing teams to spread brand awareness and increase sales through email, social media platforms, content distribution, SEO, and display ads for B2B.


- You would also plan, run and execute B2C campaigns to drive customers for our Key Clients.

Please Note: the below mentioned JD is an hands-on technical role. Agency experience would be preferred.

Requirements :

Need exposure in both B2B & B2C Digital Marketing

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media, and website analytics

- Monitor and re-plan SEO performance by utilising tools such as SEMrush, Search Console, GA & Google Data Studio

- Expertise with campaign analytics tools like Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics to analyse websites (knowledge of marketing automation tools like Pardot and implementation would be preferred)

- Usage of DMP (DSP & SSP), capturing cookie data to re-target

- Experience in Loyalty Campaigns or Brand Awareness Campaigns would be preferred

- Good knowledge of web metrics and KPIs (Key performance indicators)

- Ability to create digital marketing campaigns, track their performance, to create audience

extension, Re-targeting, track the specific reach and prepare the reports, data based marketing

- Knowledge of coding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

- Experience in using email marketing platforms like MailChimp

- Knowledge of any CRM Tool (Zoho/Hubspot/SalesForce etc)

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

- Plan and oversee 360 degree digital marketing campaigns across the following channels: email, website, social media, and external sites. Own the channel mix, campaign mix, and channel level strategy in alignment with revenue/EBITDA Goals

- Lead the marketing department during the implementation of our digital campaigns

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimally drive brand awareness across all marketing channels

- Co-ordinate with Dept. heads, plan, allocate and monitor marketing budget and resources

- Plan and plot content in various formats (videos, blog articles, press releases, infographics, banner displays, etc.)

- Implement the best B2B marketing sequence for both lead and sales generation, & execute B2C campaigns for Key Accounts to drive consumer journey

- Identify and monitor KPIs and metrics to increase the brand's online presence

- Ensure and maintain a good end-to-end customer experience in all channels

- Brainstorm creative growth strategies
