Digital Marketing Specialist - Advertising Firm (3-4 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the implementation of various marketing programs (website,SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing and content thought leadership, email marketing, lead conversions, conversion optimization and social media engagements).
- Conceptualize and manage email-marketing programs for clients including drip campaign flows.
- Create 30/60/90 days plans for each client aligned with the strategy and outcomes.
- Work with Marketing Strategists and clients to review program performance and recommend tactics for lead generation on an ongoing basis to achieve and outperform goals.
- Optimize websites and landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.
- Create and manage quarterly and monthly content strategy calendar for each client in line with awareness, and conversion goals.
- Develop and manage a multi-pronged digital and social media strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Quora and YouTube for audience growth, high engagements and driving website traffic. Create and manage social media and content calendars across multiple accounts.
- Write creative and engaging posts for all platforms for b2b audience. You MUST be really good at this.
- Collaborate with in-house team of writers, designers, developers as well as external agencies to co-ordinate projects and ensure your clients projects are delivered in consistently innovative and engaging ways that drive desired results.
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and according to expectations with highest quality and attention to detail.
- Track and analyze performance of clients- marketing programs including website, search engine positioning and ranking, lead generation, social media engagements, and conversions. Create monthly program performance reports for each client.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the understanding of digital marketing concepts of audience engagement and conversions. Must have the experience of executing a variety of marketing programs - NOT limited to just PPC or paid campaigns.
- 3-4 years of experience executing various digital marketing activities (No PPC) .
- Proven ability to think outside the box for driving high audience engagements and lead conversions.
- Excellent client management skills - effectively manage client relations,communications and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to quickly understand client business and segment to create effective marketing programs.
- 2-4 years of a proven track record managing social media accounts for a number of clients. Must have an experience managing social media and digital programs for b2b companies.
- Extremely detailed oriented and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Must be proficient in performance tracking tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Lucky Orange, Hotjar, and Hubspot.
- Ability to understand data and translate data into actionable takeaways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Advertising or marketing agency experience working with multiple clients is highly preferred.
- Extensive understanding of social platforms is a MUST: LinkedIn,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube.
- Proven experience in creating a high growth in audience for social media and digital platforms.
- Ability and passion to write creative and engaging content for a varied target audience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content.
- Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
