Hiring Specialist -Digital Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Media planning, executing campaign strategy, optimizations, monitoring, reporting, and analysis on digital platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram ads, Programmatic Ads, etc
- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc. to optimize the campaigns
- Collaborate with agencies and other 3rd party vendors/partners
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital performance marketing manager with experience in setting up and optimizing performance-based campaigns across Google Ads, Search marketing, Facebook ads, and Programmatic advertising.
- Work experience in E-commerce/Consumer Internet or Food & Beverages industry or with a marketing/media buying/advertising agency is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and well versed with data tracking tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc, and office tools like Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good language skills: Written and Oral.
- Experience working directly with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, vendors is a plus.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation
- Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
