Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Create, schedule, and analyze social media content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, google ads and youtube
- Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and ad copies.
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
- Optimize landing pages and user experiences to increase conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve performance and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates.
