Digital Marketing Specialist (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Develop Link Building & Content Outreach strategies
2) Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
3) Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
4) Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
5) Executing successful on-page and off-page SEO tasks to maximize search engine visibility, traffic and conversions.
6) Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
7) Work closely with the development and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Skill Requirement:
1) 2-3 years of experience in Core Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2) Extensive knowledge of overall Content Strategy, Keyword Analytics, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO.
3) Understanding about different types of keywords (Brand, Competitor, Transactional, Informational) and Off-page techniques including PR link building
4) Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, SEMRUSH, AHREF, etc)
5) Ability to work within a team and independently
6) Ability to drive results in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment
7) A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and resourcefulness
8) Thrives in a team environment and strong willingness to learn and adapt
9) Passion for data, metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans
10) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
