Digital Marketing Specialist (1-2 yrs)
Looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in managing and growing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, executing effective digital campaigns, and engaging with freelancers across various channels. You will help generate more leads and increase brand awareness, all while working in a fast-paced, growing company focused on revolutionizing the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management :
- Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement rates.
- Monitor trends and competitors to keep our content relevant and impactful.
2. Campaign Creation & Execution :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance
3. Lead Generation :
- Design and implement targeted campaigns to attract and generate leads from freelancers and other key stakeholders.
- Use multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, and social media, to nurture and convert leads.
4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing :
- Create and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with freelancers and promote new opportunities.
- Segment email lists for personalized and effective communication.
5. Content Creation & Strategy :
- Work closely with the team to develop compelling content that aligns with voice and objectives.
- Write blogs, case studies, and other content that highlights impact in the recruitment space.
6. Analytics & Reporting :
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels and prepare performance reports.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
7. Brand Awareness :
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and position as a leader in the freelancing and recruitment space.
- Manage influencer partnerships, guest blogs, and collaborations to expand our reach.
8. SEO/SEM :
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Optimize content for search engines and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, social media management, and campaign optimization.
2. Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
3. Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and tweak strategies accordingly.
4. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
5. Excellent communication skills and creativity.
