Digital Marketing Specialist (0-4 yrs)
- You will ensure consistency of brand voice across all channels and position the brand as a thought leader in the market. You will be responsible for managing our website, social media pages & handles, and other digital assets ensuring that every visitor that lands on these digital assets is either converted or moved along the marketing funnel.
- Most of the time, you will be collaborating with our internal stakeholders regarding the work we are doing with our customers, the innovations happening within the organization, the new ideas germinating and leveraging that to design the next piece of point of view, success stories, article, and the digital campaign. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for constant lead generation and nurturing through marketing campaigns. Also, manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- We work with strong partnerships with our platform partners. This means you will be responsible for driving events, joint case studies, and maintaining general strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as success stories, point of view excerpts, blog posts, etc. for our target audience.
2. Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of generating and nurturing leads across multiple channels.
3. Create MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) for Digital Sales Team to qualify and close.
4. Manage the SEO, SEM, Paid Advertising and track key KPIs, monitor conversions, growth metrics, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs, and prepare and present reports regularly
5. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
6. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, content creators, and animators, for delivering the end-to-end campaigns.
7. Manage outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
8. Plan, participate and execute events, webinars, get-together for lead generation.
9. Manage our CRM for Lead Nurturing and running campaigns.
Essentials :
1. Freshers with proficiency in Sales/Business development from a digital agency is a plus.
2. Preferably an MBA and/or Journalism & Mass Communication background.
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must.
4. Experience in executing lead generation campaigns and/or working for a B2B organization or agency.
5. Proactive with strong passion for digital and exceptional time management skills and passion for sales and marketing.
