Digital Marketing Role - IT (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketer with expertise in Content Creation, PPC Advertising, SEO, Social Media Marketing (SSM), and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions, leveraging their creative and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Digital Strategy Development:

- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings

3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

- Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy for maximum ROI.

4. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and multimedia content.

5. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

- Develop and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.

6. Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with clients.

- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on digital marketing performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized digital marketing services when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT Industry.

- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies.
