Digital Marketing Role - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital campaigns. This role requires expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools, as well as the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online platforms.

- Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Content Creation : Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms. Generate reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

- SEO and SEM : Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Manage SEM campaigns to drive paid search traffic and achieve ROI targets.

- Social Media Management : Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with the audience and build a strong online community.

- Email Marketing : Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows. Analyze email performance and optimize for better results.

- Budget Management : Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost management across various channels.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Apply findings to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 Institute in Mass Communication, Design, Print Media, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and SEO tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
