Digital Marketing Role - FMCG/Healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and proven experience within content & digital marketing
- Experience: - Min 2 years- experience in a similar role within the B2C industry or a digital agency is essential
- Mandatory Experience: - Hands-on experience in skincare products and has worked with influencers and bloggers for skincare products mandatory. Paid campaigns, Social media, and E-commerce management.
- 2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Digital Marketing Expert in Healthcare / Medical mandatory
- Profiles from Pharma or FMCG will not be considered

Job Responsibilities :
- Make an overall plan and strategy for generating online demand by exploring all the social and digital media for the selected brands.
- Have a target based plan and working out RoI on all the promotions put together.
- Develop and run paid and unpaid social media (FB, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Linkdin, etc) advertisements/campaigns eg. PPC, like campaigns etc.
- Ideate and execute multiple online advertisement campaigns.
- Have an idea of e-commerce and work closely with the e-commerce department for all the need based requirements.
- Explore all the third party online platforms for listing of the brands.
- Manage research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior. Finding the relevant keywords, most searched words in the category and daily hits etc.
- Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes. Targeting the consumer by geography, pin code, age, gender, online behavior etc.
- Managing all social media forums of all the brands and company with regular posts and engagement campaigns.
- Search engine optimization
- Managing the website (basic functioning) with backend software.
- Provide Campaign performance reporting and analysis like CTR, Conversion rate etc
- Evaluating customer research/ market condition& customer data
- Strong understating of current digital marketing Concepts & Strategy / best practice
- Analytical mindset & critical thinking
- Identify leaders & influencers (Internal & External) & engage them in brand activities
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales team to ensure brand consistency
- Providing insights on the market updates!
- Be available as a resource for Digital Senior Marketing Executive who need assistance with completing various projects, when comes to increasing traffic to ecommerce Platforms.
- Work closely with global marketing team on daily basis
- Develop Integrated Marketing Plan and execute Campaigns effectively and analyze report and provide to Senior Digital Marketing Executive
- Manage the digital marketing calendar/ posts to grow the social media presence and increase overall brand awareness and consideration on the brand which leads to traffic to ecommerce Platforms.
- Work under the direction of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Deliver relevant campaign insights to drive development of new initiatives and optimization of existing strategies
- Enter digital marketing data into spreadsheets and help to create data and reporting records for Digital Senior Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Head
- Build and launch Digital Ads along with Digital Marketing Head, help create weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor the performance of social media platforms through regular reporting
Requirement:
- Manage to all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversation 7 A/ B testing & reporting
- Support & participating on training & other corporate activities
- Should be able to identify brand rule violation on associate website & their social media handles
- Strong verbal and written communication skill are required
- Exposure to working across PR & Influencer marketing
- Digital Agency would be a plus point.
- Must possess creativity and an analytical mind-set
- Strong knowledge of Audience & Buyer Persona Development via digital
- Strong verbal and written communication skill are required
- Able to work remotely
- Understanding of working within a consumer goods environment
- Experience in digital marketing Agency and project management would be advantageous
- Connection with local celebrities would be a plus point.
- Worked on a successful Digital Campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people management, time management & attention to detail
