Digital Marketing Role - eCommerce (1-4 yrs)
- Experience in Growth Marketing for an Ecommerce player.
- Exceptional experience in paid acquisition, remarketing and conversion strategies
- Strong experience in leveraging AdWords for user acquisition with focus on improving ROI, CAC
- Experience with AdWords Scripts and API is preferred
- Experience in Youtube and Display Remarketing
- Experience in the field of marketing automation and web analytics, while working for leading global or niche e-commerce organizations
- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing landscape of growth channels by staying on top of current growth hacks, tech hacks, trends, practice and social triggers.
- Understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.
- Thrives in a cross-functional and fast paced environment.
- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time analyzing data, running experiments, scaling up, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into business analysis as required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and visualization tools
