Digital Marketing Role - Cloud Based Talent Management System (2-5 yrs)
- The person shall be responsible for spearheading the marketing engine of a Cloud Based Talent Management System.
- The primary responsibility involves co-creating & executing marketing strategy along with the Core team.
This involves:
- Creatively handling social media to ensure brand presence & brand image by curating & amplifying content & collateral
- Guiding vendors & overseeing the process of AV collateral production (along with design)
- Driving SEO, SEM & other forms of online marketing
- Curating content & collaterals for marketing. Additionally, supporting the creation of articles, whitepapers & newsletter via research & information gathering.
- Working with our associates in North America, SE Asia & the Middle East in the design & execution of marketing campaigns
- Supporting the sales process, involving product demos, prospecting & closure of leads
- Corresponding & managing relations with PR agencies, media & press.
- Running the show for key events
- The incumbent should have excellent communication skills, be a perfectionist and have a strong aesthetic sense.
- The position offers a great learning curve and an opportunity to work in close quarters with the founders and Industry Stalwarts in a start-up environment.
Skills Required :
- Superior language skills, Online marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, Email, Mobile), Analytics (Google Analytics), Basic designing skills
