Digital Marketing Role (4-6 yrs)

Performance Marketing (Digital)

- Planning, implementing & managing growth strategies across customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral)

- Paid and organic growth strategy (concept to completion)

- Understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, including some combination of SEM, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Video, and Offline Channels

- Better understanding of competition - expertise in analyzing the competition and their positioning

- Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models

- Passionate about marketing and associated technology

- Keeping pace with the changing industry dynamics, latest trends and platforms

- Proven experience in brand and content side of marketing and ability to create full-funnel marketing campaigns

- Own demand generation efforts that support the sales team and drive MQL- s

- Lead development and execution of lifecycle marketing communications

- Ability to optimize content marketing initiatives

- Monitoring and evaluating search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings

- Monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the organic search strategy

- Providing SEO analysis and recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO performance goals

- Helping to create and support marketing content to be used for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

- Implementing link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals

- Leveraging an in-depth understanding of buyer's journey to develop and optimize SEO traffic

- Providing insights on content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

- Generating new ideas to draw the audience's attention

- Demonstrating analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

- Experience in SaaS products that have a mobile, desktop, and native app assets is a plus 


Metrics, Testing, and Reporting :

- Defining measurements of success (KPIs) for campaigns, develop the framework, and analyze data to understand the impact of new channels

- Defining growth and performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for channels in India and Global

- Building growth models using organic and paid growth loops

- Creating reporting dashboards and share relevant insights regularly with internal teams

- Working with team to improve Lead acquisition funnel and campaign development

- Communicating growth performance to executive leadership to promote a shared understanding of performance marketing strategy, ROI, and opportunities

- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn, etc)

- Expertise with multi-channel CRM / marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Ahref, Crazy egg).

- Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests

- Project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- The statistical approach in data-driven decision making

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compile and present cohesive reports with clear action items and insights
