Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on creating and executing online marketing campaigns that drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
3. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
4. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive conversions, including creating email content, building email lists, and analyzing email metrics.
6. SEO and PPC: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, and manage PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
8. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, including allocating resources, tracking expenses, and ensuring ROI.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
10. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, content creation, and analytics.
3. Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software, and content management systems.
4. Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications preferred.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
