Digital Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engines.
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ad Manager to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engagement opportunities.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) is must.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, trends and best practices.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, Hub Spot certification) are a plus
