Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facebook Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Facebook advertising and be proficient in creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. As a Facebook Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective Facebook advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy : Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce sales.
Ad Creation : Create and design compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience while adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.
Audience Targeting : Utilize audience segmentation and targeting tools to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviours to maximize ad effectiveness.
Budget Management : Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Ad Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook ad campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Optimization : Continuously optimize ad campaigns by adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting parameters to improve results.
Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the marketing team.
Stay Updated : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and changes in Facebook advertising algorithms and policies.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in creating and managing successful Facebook ad campaigns.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
