Digital Marketing Role (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote our company's products or services. You will be responsible for leveraging various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and ultimately generate leads or sales. Working closely with the marketing team, you will analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms to attract and retain the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective graphics, banners, and other marketing materials for digital campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and monitoring online conversations.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, proposing new ideas and strategies to continuously improve the company's online presence and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and product teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
-Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to track campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
