Digital Marketing Professional - FMCG (2-6 yrs)
We are looking at hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for our brand Semporo Hospitality (A JGJ Hospitality LLP Venture)
Semporo Hospitality is bringing a technology driven local ingredient inspired at home dining experience through online food deliveries and experiential caterings through its brands: a. Tangasseri (Modern Indian) b. Kushta (North Indian / Lucknowi) c. The Oxton Food Company (British - American Colonial Inspired) d. Berzuria (Indo- Basque Taqueria; inspired from the Catalan region (Barcelona))
Responsibilities :
- Deliver on PnL targets such as revenue targets, CAC, RoI on overall spends etc.
- Manage SEM/ SEO/ digital marketing budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities
- Achieve the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis through data driven decision making backed by real-time data tracking
- Analyse Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
- Optimise and manage PPC campaigns
- Test campaigns across multiple advert groups, basis contextual ad copies and creative.
- Execute SEM/ SEO basis in-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis
- Work hand-in-hand with the product, content & creative teams to execute campaigns
- Prepare and report performance dashboards for online marketing campaigns
What you will be doing :
Primary responsibilities would include :
- Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and Iterate growth hacks.
- Use Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Yahoo Answers, Slideshare, Youtube, Pinterest and other social platforms to drive traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth
- Conduct online marketing campaigns and maintain online presence
- Propose creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition
- Define and relentlessly test these initiatives within the product and across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media
- Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing
What we need in you :
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
- Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as Localytics, Optimizely, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, ClickTale etc
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a D2C digital brand
