Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling social media accounts, be proficient with CRM systems, and possess excellent creative and content writing skills. Additionally, the candidate should have a keen understanding of market research to drive our marketing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media Management :

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

- Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive engagement.

- Respond to social media inquiries and interact with followers to build a community.

2. CRM Management :

- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

- Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

3. Creative and Content Writing :

- Develop compelling and high-quality content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.

4. Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights.

- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to the team

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and CRM systems.

- Exceptional creative and content writing skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

- Basic graphic design skills.
