- You will work across accounts to help drive results in terms of driving website traffic, organic lead generations, social media and digital platform engagements, content creation and engagement and helping clients increase their sales funnel through 360-degree Marketing. You will lead the execution of complete marketing strategy from website, SEO and content marketing to social media, content, email engagement, conversion optimization, and various lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be leading the development of cool websites and integrating with various marketing, sales and customer engagements tools. Candidate will be working with agency partners of India, US and Europe based clients.
- Manage the execution and implementation of various marketing programs including conversion focused websites, SEO, content marketing, account based marketing, email marketing, search and social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics)and social media engagements.
- You will lead client engagements for brand story & messaging - results focused website & digital presence - lead generation & engagement programs.
- Create 30/60/90 days plans for each client aligned with the strategy and outcomes. You will manage a portfolio of 5-6 clients and grow your team to add more clients to your pod.
- Conceptualize, and manage account-based marketing, drip campaigns and various email-marketing programs for clients to drive leads for all stages of the funnel
- Conduct thorough QA of website builds by testing functionality on a wide variety of browsers and platforms using testing suites.
- Work with Marketing Strategists and clients to review program performance and recommend tactics for improving lead generation on an ongoing basis to achieve and outperform goals.
- Be on top of performance of various program and champion conversation rate optimization on websites, landing pages and other touch points to improve lead conversion rates.
- Track and analyze performance of clients- marketing programs including website, search engine positioning and ranking, lead generation, social media engagements, and conversions. Create monthly program performance reports for each client.
- Lead and manage quarterly and monthly content strategy calendar for each client in line with awareness, and conversion goals.
- Develop and manage a multi-pronged digital and social media strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Quora and YouTube for audience growth, high engagements and driving website traffic. Create and manage social media and content calendars across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate with in-house team of writers, designers, developers as well as external agencies to co-ordinate projects and ensure your clients' projects are delivered in consistently innovative and engaging ways that drive desired results.
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and according to expectations with highest quality and attention to detail.
Must to have skills: - The candidate must have thorough knowledge of digital marketing elements - website, email marketing, content marketing and SEO - Demonstrated delivery of results - for lead generation organically (not through paid campaigns) - Must have knowledge of Account Based Marketing and drip campaigns to drive leads - Highly preferred - Conversion rate optimization - optimization of website and digital assets
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to drive results for clients by executing various marketing campaigns.
- Must have the thorough understanding of digital marketing concepts of audience engagement and conversions. Must have the experience of executing a variety of marketing programs - NOT limited to just PPC or paid campaigns.
- 3-4 years of experience executing various digital marketing campaigns (not just limited to SEO or PPC). - Proven experience in executing account-based marketing, drip campaigns and conversion-centric email campaigns is highly preferred. - Strong ability to understand data and translate data into actionable takeaways. Must be proficient in performance tracking tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Lucky Orange, Hotjar, and Hubspot. - Proven ability to think outside the box for driving high audience engagements and lead conversions - must be focused on delivering outcomes/results to clients.
- Excellent client management skills - effectively manage client relations, communications and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to quickly understand client business and segment to create effective marketing programs.
- Extremely detailed oriented and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Digital marketing agency experience working with multiple clients is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in creating a high growth in audience across digital platforms.
- Ability and passion to write creative and engaging content for a varied target audience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content.
- Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
