Digital Marketing Professional (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for executing and optimizing various digital marketing strategies to drive online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities : 

Social Media Management : Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Digital Marketing Campaigns : Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and display advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.

Content Creation : Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media, and websites that aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.

SEO and Web Analytics : Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO), and monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Website Management : Oversee website updates and improvements, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with marketing goals.

Market Research : Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform digital marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Social Media Management : Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, including content planning and execution.

Digital Marketing : Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques, including PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.

Content Creation : Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and relevant content for different platforms.

SEO and Web Analytics : Proficiency in SEO best practices and web analytics tools, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Website Management : Experience in managing and updating websites, with a focus on improving user experience and achieving marketing objectives.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of digital marketing.
