Digital Marketing Professional (0-3 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends, with a passion for driving online growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

SEO & SEM Management: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize visibility and ROI.

Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), engaging with audiences and driving brand awareness.

Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging, SEO-friendly content that resonates with the target audience.

Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior to improve landing pages, user funnels, and overall conversion rates.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 6months to1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices

- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

- Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills

- Certifications (preferred but not required):

- Google Analytics certification

- Google Ads certification

- HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification

- Facebook Blueprint certification
