Digital Marketing Manager - Freelancer (1-5 yrs)
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and in any other specific channels that may be deemed relevant to the cause.
- Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Plan, run and execute regular digital media campaigns and brand awareness promotions, and track their success on different social platforms.
- Adapt an innovative approach to find out more about new and emerging online media opportunities that may prove beneficial to the business both in the short and long run
- Track, measure and analyze the effect of online promotion and present accurate reports to company management and clients to demonstrate the ROI the campaigns are generating.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements
- Degree in digital marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Should have excellent presentation skills.
- Should have worked in an organization similar to ours, where high-trust, high-performing workplace culture has helped the firm work successfully with various brands.
- Should have experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, media buying.
- Should have solid knowledge of website analytics software and keyword tools (Google Analytics, Netlnsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Should be creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate them.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Should be willing to work on module base
