Digital Marketing Manager - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
- Plan & execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media & display advertising campaigns
- Design, build & maintain social media presence on all platforms
- Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals (ROI & KPIs) including Project Budgeting
- Identify trends & insights, optimize spend & ensure performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new & creative social media growth strategies through experiments & conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies; work closely with Brand Marketing, PR & Corporate Communication, Digital & Creative Agencies, Sales & Data Analytics teams
- Ability to plan complex projects, foresee problems & take corrective actions
- Proactive, work under stress/against tight deadlines, curious towards new technology & media
- Required Graduate, 8-10 years' experience, 30-32 years of age, Rs. 18-20 lakhs per annum
