Job Description :
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign planning and executions:
Strategize and create highly impactful marketing campaigns
Lead the team to execute it
Analyse and improve the campaigns
2) Tactical Strategies and execution:
Strategies and lead the marketing activities across SEM, Retargeting, Email, Social Media and SEO
Drive high-impact content marketing activities and distribution initiatives via social media
3) Brand management
Translate brand strategies into brand plans and brand positioning
Help the brand to grow in reach and reputation
Align the company around the brand's direction
Competencies:
Passionate about digital marketing
Outstanding problem solver, ability to think creatively
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
Proven track record of setting challenging objectives and achieving ambitious goals
High level of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
Hands on with SEM, Email and Social Media marketing
Well versed with Google Analytics
Candidate must fulfill:
Education: MBA preferred, if not MBA, Btech graduate can also apply.

Work experience: 3-6 years (Worked in an internet company for at least 3 years)
Qualification : IF not MBA, BTECH Graduate MBA can be prefered
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
