Digital Marketing Manager - AR & VR Edtech Startup (2-5 yrs)

They are a pioneer in using Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to aid teaching. The co offers e-learning courses for Indian as well as global curriculum. It also offers assessment architectures and skill development courses. The company is a trailblazer in the gamification of education. After establishing themselves in the B2B domain, they are now on the verge of doing an aggressive launch and push for a B2C product that makes use of AR and VR to provide an enhanced learning experience to the K-8 segment.
As the Digital MarketingManager, you will work on increasing leads and conversions through innovative digital marketing campaigns. Your KRAs will be:
- App marketing
- Digital and SMM Campaigns
- Email and YouTube Marketing
- SEO
- Online Brand Building
The other responsibilities will be as follows:
- Creating, curating and editing content (textual and visual) and marketing collaterals such as - website, emailers, brochures, etc
- Managing writing projects and working with the PR team for publishing in online and offline channels
- Contributing regular blog posts every week, including conceiving, pitching, reporting and writing.
- Developing, conceptualizing and executing social media content and initiatives to drive engagement and branding
- Fully responsible for content distribution and engagement in social media channels such as Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn to name a few.
- Working closely with marketing team to understand campaign objectives and aligning content creation to marketing timelines and objectives
- Planning, creating and executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing web traffic and use that information to guide content development
- Focussing on audience needs and usability throughout the online content creation process
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Constantly refining editorial processes to improve efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Should be able to design and run campaigns.
- Should be able to write blogs and content.
- Understanding of Mobile App Marketing and experience in PPC Campaigns
- Keen eye for detail, proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to write insightful, engaging, and informative copy on tight deadlines
- Entrepreneurial spirit, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment
- Strong familiarity with web publishing and social media tools
- Good understanding of trending keywords and viral topics
- Flexible for 6 day working structure
